Acting & LAMDA Classes at
Grey Court (Y7 to Y13)

Please note: LAMDA classes are available to any child from any school who is in Y7-Y13
Our acting classes combine script work, character development & drama exercises to reach your child’s full potential.
One hour of the class focuses on drama and acting. Using carefully constructed lesson plans to teach students how to use their voice, body and imagination to act on stage.
The final 30 minutes uses the LAMDA syllabus to teach students new skills. In January 2025, students have the option to start preparing for a LAMDA exam. All examinations are optional and can be discussed with our LAMDA teachers.
At Elizabeth Samuels we believe Drama is important for children because it's a key part of developing confidence, listening skills and how to work as a team. We offer LAMDA examinations as it expands vocabulary, boosts reading and improves memorisation.

Saturday 11th January to Saturday 29th March (no class 15/02 & 22/02)
Group classes of 90 minutes (max of 12 students)
Our 90 minute classes combine acting, drama and LAMDA. Our class gives students the opportunity to take an exam once a year.

We strongly advise all parents and guardians to read our LAMDA terms and conditions. Please note placement of your child is only guaranteed once full payment has been made. We do not offer free trials, sibling discounts, credits or refunds for our LAMDA lessons. End of year exams in July are optional and subject to an additional examination fee which is paid directly to LAMDA.
